We represent landlords in all types of lease disputes including disputes relating to waste (damage to the premises caused by a tenant or a tenant’s guests or invitees), disputes regarding fixtures (personal property permanently affixed to the land), and tenant options to renew a lease or purchase the premises. In fact, we successfully represented the landlord at both the trial level and on appeal in the seminal reported California Court of Appeal decision regarding whether a lease option can expire on a Saturday.
