Henry H. Kim is a senior litigation associate with the law firm of Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin, LLP. Mr. Kim represents landlords, management companies, and property owners in all aspects of real estate and civil litigation including, but not limited to, drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery requests, issuing and defending subpoenas, arguing law and motion, preparing for trial, and representing clients at trial. In that regard, Mr. Kim has successfully represented law firm clients in hundreds of trials in courts throughout Southern California. When requested, Mr. Kim also represents clients in obtaining restraining orders and other injunctive relief. Mr. Kim obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Kim also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license.
