Frank J. Coughlin is the managing partner of the Santa Ana office of Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin, LLP. His practice includes trial and appellate litigation, including class actions and complex litigation in state and federal courts. For over twenty years, Mr. Coughlin has handled all aspects of litigation, including jury and court trials, as well as trials of class action matters. Mr. Coughlin also handles all aspects of appellate litigation in the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, including filing petitions for certiorari to the California Supreme Court and to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Coughlin graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and received his certificate in Mediating the Litigated Case from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the top-rated program for dispute resolution in the United States. Mr. Coughlin is admitted to practice before all California courts, the Central and Southern U.S. District Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
