Enoch Cheung is an associate attorney at Ruzicka, Wallace & Coughlin LLP where he represents property owners, management companies, developers, financial institutions, and investors in all manner of real estate transactions and litigation.
Mr. Cheung received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Cheung clerked at the California Public Utilities Commission in the Administrative Law Judge Division and at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Division. Mr. Cheung also served as a research assistant to Professors Shelley Ross Saxer and Alan Nissel and assisted with legal research relating to land use, real property, and constitutional law.
Prior to law school, Mr. Cheung worked in the corporate lending department of an international bank.
